RenGen Overview:

Internship Overview:
Our 10-week Summer Internship Program gives students a meaningful work experience in either a quantitative or general research capacity. Throughout the summer, we provide training and development opportunities, as well as educational and social events. At the end of the program, successful participants may be eligible to receive an offer for future opportunities.

Applicants for the 2023 Intern Program must be undergraduate juniors who are scheduled to graduate between January 2024 and June 2024. We will also consider a rising Junior.

Responsibilities:
Summer Intern Program Description:
• 10-week summer internship program with placement in either a quantitative or general analyst team while receiving personalized and specialist training
• Designed to fully immerse the Summer Intern in the daily activities of the business
• First-hand experience of research and/or project development.
• Summer Interns are encouraged to shape their learning and development to progress their career goals
• Educational and social events are scheduled throughout the program that provide knowledge sharing, professional development and networking

Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
• Strong GPA of at least 3.0
• Interest in finance, economics and/or global financial markets
• Desire to learn and build their professional skill set
• Collaborative, team player and detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
