Key Responsibilities

Taking part in the operational processes of recruitment.
Executing the onboarding process for new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees.
Engaging with candidates on our platform.
Preparing documents related to HR processes such as hiring, contract changes, and other required situations.
Conducting blog posts on our website.
Performing any other duties reasonably assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or final-year student in a related field.
Proficient in English.
Effective communication skills.
Proactive, independent, and able to keep up with a high work tempo with effective time management.
Proficient in MS Office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
