Job Description:
Creating, developing, and maintaining all strategies related to the Talent and Employee Experience Team,
Conducting local and global market research,
Creating new strategies by conducting detailed research in people-related areas such as compensation & benefits, engagement, retention, DEIB, organizational structure, candidate experience, etc.
Researching and developing new strategies for the development and motivation of the internal team
Researching talent channels for talent and employer branding processes,
Constantly research and follow trends, innovations, and developments related to the sector,
Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, examining and detailed reporting of the data obtained from all processes,
Preparing detailed reports with data visualization for relevant partners,
Taking part in the design of cooperation models and processes,
Experience & Skills:
Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematical Engineering, Economics, Business Management departments of universities,
Knowledge of data analysis,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
High research and documentation skills,
Fluency in English,
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,
Strong business follow-up and well-developed organizational skills,
Loves innovation, has a spirit of continuous improvement,
Sensitive about time management,
Passionate, enthusiastic, and ambitious for the recruitment and technology sectors,
