The Role

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our content production — transforming raw footage into polished, audience-ready videos that capture the Cineshort voice. You'll collaborate closely with directors, producers, and editors to deliver content that resonates across platforms.

Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, finished short-form video content.
- Produce and format video content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Sync and color-correct audio and visuals in accordance with the editing plan.
- Create basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and supporting visual elements as needed.
- Ensure all published content aligns with Cineshort's brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay up to date with trends in short-form video, digital storytelling, and editing techniques.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams throughout the content lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- Experienced in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative editing work across different formats.
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Ability to edit raw footage and audio according to precise format and sequencing requirements.
- Genuine enthusiasm for cinema, short films, and emerging content formats.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Curious about emerging technology and digital content trends.
