İş Tanımı ve Genel Nitelikler /Job Description and General Qualifications: Curious what does McKinsey do anyway? Are you passionate about problem-solving and navigating complex situations? If yes, we invite you to join us for the second edition of Experience McKinsey Summer Program and make the first step towards entering the exciting world of consulting.

During this three-day program, you will get first-hand insights on how you can sharpen your problem-solving, presentation and communication skills, as well as stretch your imagination and come up with innovative solutions to the day-to-day challenges faced by McKinsey consultants. Additionally, you will be able to meet colleagues from our Istanbul office, hear personal stories from our consultants, and get answers to your questions.

Everyone has a unique story, we want to hear yours.

During June 26th-28th, we will give you an insider’s look into McKinsey Istanbul. You will be coached on how to best leverage your leadership and communication skills, and will work collaboratively with our consultants in small teams on a real-life business case, similar to the one you may experience during the consulting interviews. You will also learn key tools at consultants' disposal while solving the case.

Who can apply?
We welcome applications from current students in their 3rd year Bachelor's and 1st year Master's studies, who are fluent in Turkish and English.

Interviews for the final participants will be conducted between 13th & 23rd of May.
