# Creative Strategist

### Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned marketer with a passion for building great brands to meet consumer needs. You will live and breathe our brand and business, and help power its growth so ultimately consumers know us, join us, stay loyal to us, and advocate for us.

### Basic responsibilities:

- Copywriting for our Facebook ads, and emails using Direct Response Marketing principles
- Email marketing, designing/managing flows and campaigns in Klaviyo account.
- Following our influencers, using the content they post for our ads,
- Briefing & managing our content creators, influencers, and models to get the best content to be used in our marketing.
- Collaborating with our designers to manage the content creation process
- Oversee and continually find inspiration for creative assets using Facebook Ad Library, Pinterest, etc.
- Following seasonal promotions for holidays and special events.

### Basic requirements:

- Proficiency in direct response marketing / copywriting for online sales.
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Facebook ad manager, Google Drive, Trello, Canva
- Proficieny in written and spoken English.
- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce marketing,
- Full-time dedication
