Freelea is a U.S.-based, fast-growing Fashion & Technology venture redefining the shopping experience for Gen Z customers. PulseDataLab is Freelea’s Istanbul-based technology and operations center.


Role Focus

This role is primarily responsible for managing and scaling Freelea’s technology-driven Creator Platform and ecosystem. 


Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage Freelea’s technology-driven Creator Platform, ensuring the successful growth, engagement, and operational excellence of its U.S.-based creator ecosystem.
* Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality U.S. creators while building long-term partnerships that support Freelea’s business objectives.
* Manage the end-to-end creator lifecycle, including platform adoption, performance, engagement, retention, and overall creator success.
* Analyze platform and creator performance using data and KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, platform adoption, and revenue.
* Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creator research, communication, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to continuously optimize the creator platform and user experience.
* Stay ahead of U.S. Creator Economy trends, emerging technologies, and creator commerce best practices to strengthen Freelea’s platform and competitive advantage.


Who We’re Looking For

* Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passionate about the U.S. Creator Economy and digital commerce, with the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based creators, brands, partners, and market dynamics.
* Highly organized and capable of managing a large-scale creator ecosystem, multiple priorities, and operational workflows simultaneously.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize creator engagement and platform performance.
* Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, research, communication, analysis, and operational efficiency.
