Please also include a short description telling us why you want this role and what makes you a good fit.*This is a part time remote internship opportunity.Role Description:• Operational Support: Provide day-to-day assistance in managing Flora’s global sales channel operations. Ensure smooth execution of routine activities, maintain accurate records, and support the team in handling communications with partners and platforms as needed.• Sales Channel Assistance: Assist in monitoring and coordinating ongoing sales activities across Flora’s international channels. Help ensure consistent updates, follow-ups, and documentation to keep all sales processes running efficiently.• Market & Performance Tracking: Support the team in collecting and analyzing market and performance data. Assist with competitor tracking, identifying operational gaps, and providing insights that improve channel performance and internal workflows.• Tool & Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to streamline workflows using generative AI and automation tools. Assist in testing, implementing, and documenting these tools to enhance operational efficiency.• Data Management & Reporting: Collect, organize, and maintain sales and partner-related data. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize daily/weekly activities, highlight key performance metrics, and provide insights to guide decision-making.Preferred Qualifications:• Junior or sophomore pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.• Great passion for e-commerce, and commitment to diversity and inclusion• Self-starter, result-driven with the ability to multitask and an eagerness to learn• Structured and data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and innovative thinking• Strong English proficiency is crucial, as you will be responsible for calls and emails with international vendors, platforms, and retailers.
