About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to own end-to-end B2B account management for our agricultural market insight platform, API-based integrations, and custom application development clients.

This role acts as the primary coordination point between enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring structured communication, disciplined execution, and high client satisfaction.
While this is a business-focused position centered on managing customer relationships, experience working alongside technical teams and coordinating technical project delivery is essential.

Main Responsibilities
Own end-to-end B2B account management for assigned enterprise clients
Lead recurring operational meetings and manage structured follow-ups
Coordinate field operations and data collection execution processes
Classify incoming requests (maintenance vs. new feature)
Evaluate scope alignment based on client agreements
Prepare commercial offers for new feature requests
Track execution with Software, QA, Product, and Data teams
Manage onboarding and structured intake for new and potential clients
Support additional accounts during seasonal workload peaks

Specific Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields preferred)
1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or similar client-facing roles
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, API-based or data-driven projects is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Advanced English required (Arabic is a plus)

Technical fluency (understanding APIs, mobile/web flows, and data processes — no coding required)

Ability to manage seasonal workload intensity professionally
