Leveraging IoT, remote sensing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, Doktar drives smarter and more sustainable agri-food value chains — enabling healthier, more accessible food, supporting regenerative farming, and helping combat climate change.About the RoleWe are looking for an Account Manager to own end-to-end B2B account management for our agricultural market insight platform, API-based integrations, and custom application development clients.This role acts as the primary coordination point between enterprise clients and internal teams, ensuring structured communication, disciplined execution, and high client satisfaction.While this is a business-focused position centered on managing customer relationships, experience working alongside technical teams and coordinating technical project delivery is essential.Main ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end B2B account management for assigned enterprise clientsLead recurring operational meetings and manage structured follow-upsCoordinate field operations and data collection execution processesClassify incoming requests (maintenance vs. new feature)Evaluate scope alignment based on client agreementsPrepare commercial offers for new feature requestsTrack execution with Software, QA, Product, and Data teamsManage onboarding and structured intake for new and potential clientsSupport additional accounts during seasonal workload peaksSpecific RequirementsBachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields preferred)1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, client success, or similar client-facing rolesExperience in SaaS, enterprise software, API-based or data-driven projects is a plusStrong stakeholder management and professional communication skillsExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple prioritiesAdvanced English required (Arabic is a plus)Required SkillsStrong enterprise client communication and expectation managementAbility to interpret agreements and manage scope and change requestsStructured project coordination and execution trackingAnalytical and organized thinking with clear prioritizationTechnical fluency (understanding APIs, mobile/web flows, and data processes — no coding required)High-quality written documentation and meeting managementCommercial awareness and proposal preparation capabilityAbility to manage seasonal workload intensity professionallyWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a purpose-driven international agritech companyStrong learning culture and career development opportunitiesAnnual performance bonusesCompany share optionsPrivate health insurance that also covers junior family membersLunch and transportation allowances
