Hiwell is an online therapy platform connecting users with licensed clinical psychologists. We’re on a mission to make therapy more accessible to everyone.

We’re looking for a creative Part-Time Graphic & Motion Designer who stands out with fresh ideas and can create visual and video content for our social media channels and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Design static posts, carousels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create short motion videos, animations, and video edits for Reels and TikTok.
• Edit influencer and UGC content to fit our brand.
• Prepare campaign visuals, ad creatives, and banners.
• Use AI tools to speed up content production and explore new visual ideas.
• Apply our brand identity consistently across all content.
• Develop new content ideas together with the marketing team.

What We’re Looking For

• University student, recent graduate, or someone with relevant experience.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas and turn them into eye-catching visuals and videos.
• Advanced Canva skills, including its design, animation, and video features.
• Experience creating visuals and videos with AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Runway.
• A portfolio showcasing social media content and motion design work.
• Up to date with social media trends, content formats, and platform dynamics.
• Fluent Turkish; good English is a plus.
• Reliable with deadlines and open to feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or CapCut.
• Previous experience creating social media content for a brand or agency.
