About Happy Work Studio
Happy Work Studio is a boutique consultancy working at the intersection of future of work, wellbeing, culture, leadership, and happiness.
We collaborate with forward-thinking organizations, communities, and leaders to help them build human-centered, meaningful, and sustainable ways of working.
We are now looking for a Content & Social Media Intern who is curious, creative, and excited about storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation
* Support the creation of content for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and event pages
* Turn raw ideas, notes, talks, and events into clear, engaging posts
* Help repurpose long content (talks, panels, workshops) into short-form formats
* Assist with basic copywriting for announcements, emails, and landing pages
Social Media Management
* Schedule and publish content on social media platforms
* Help maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with Happy Work Studio
* Support engagement: comments, DMs, and community interactions
* Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves)
Visual & Creative Support
* Create simple visuals using Canva (templates will be provided)
* Support post formats such as carousels, quote cards, and event visuals
* Help organize content calendars and archives
Who You Are
* A university student or recent graduate (communications, psychology, sociology, business, design, media, or related fields)
* Comfortable writing in English and Turkish
* Curious about future of work, wellbeing, culture, leadership, happiness
* Active on social media and understands what good content looks like
* Organized, proactive, and open to feedback
* Not afraid to ask questions or suggest ideas
Nice to Have (but not required)
* Canva experience
* Basic understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram analytics
* Interest in storytelling, psychology, or community building
* Experience running a personal or student social media account
What You’ll Gain
