We are looking for a junior Event Executive who is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a dynamic, international team. You will support the MICE department across project design and operational preparation—from initial RFP to on the ground delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Operations team in contacting suppliers (hotels, restaurants, guides, AV, décor) for quotations, options, and bookings.
• Create inspiring yet feasible programs under the guidance of the Operations Lead.
• Prepare event proposals in PowerPoint/OneNote using brand aligned templates and visuals.
• Build and maintain budgets based on RFPs with guidance from the Operations Lead.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on costing, logistics, and timelines.
• Keep pricing sheets, rates, and supplier information updated for accurate and timely quotations.
• Research and qualify new venues, activities, and experience partners across Turkey.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Newly graduated or 2 years maximum working experience in the tourism field
• Native Turkish and fluent English, Italian as a plus
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, AI and Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Smiling, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
