About Happy Work Studio

Happy Work Studio is a boutique consultancy working at the intersection of future of work, wellbeing, culture, leadership, and happiness.
We collaborate with forward-thinking organizations, communities, and leaders to help them build human-centered, meaningful, and sustainable ways of working.

We are now looking for a Business Development Intern who is curious, driven, and excited about building relationships and opening doors.

What You'll Do

Research & Outreach

* Identify potential clients, partners, and collaborators aligned with Happy Work Studio's focus areas
* Research organizations, sectors, and events relevant to future of work, wellbeing, and culture
* Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Help maintain and grow a pipeline of leads and partnership opportunities

Partnership & Client Support

* Assist in preparing proposals, decks, and pitch materials
* Support follow-ups and coordination with prospective clients and partners
* Help track conversations, next steps, and outcomes in a simple CRM or tracker
* Join calls and meetings to take notes and support relationship-building

Strategic Support

* Contribute ideas for new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
* Support market research on trends in future of work, wellbeing, and organizational culture
* Help prepare materials for events, conferences, and speaking engagements
* Assist with light administrative tasks tied to business development efforts

Who You Are

* A university student or recent graduate (business, economics, communications, international relations, or related fields)
* Comfortable writing and communicating in English and Turkish
* Curious about future of work, wellbeing, culture, leadership, happiness
* Confident reaching out to new people and organizations
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple threads at once
* Not afraid to ask questions or suggest ideas

Nice to Have (but not required)

* Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking
* Basic understanding of proposal or deck creation (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
* Interest in consulting, partnerships, or entrepreneurship
* Prior internship or project experience involving outreach or sales
