Qualifications & Expectations:
3rd or 4th year university student, or first-year master’s student in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Communications, Marketing or related fields
Excellent command of Turkish and English, both written and spoken
Interest in brand marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce and healthy living
Preferably previous internship experience in FMCG, food, retail, e-commerce or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
Strong writing skills and ability to create simple, clear and engaging marketing copy
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Commercial mindset and curiosity about consumer behavior, sales channels and brand growth
High energy, self-motivation and willingness to learn
Team player, flexible, proactive and result-oriented
Able to work at least 3 days per week during the school semester and full-time during the summer


Job Description
Support the marketing team in brand, digital and e-commerce projects
Assist in product launch and re-launch activities
Support social media content planning, agency coordination and content follow-up processes
Help prepare briefs for designers, agencies, influencers and content creators
Follow up influencer, UGC and product seeding activities
Support digital campaigns across Meta, Google, e-commerce platforms and the Fropie website
Assist in preparing newsletters, campaign texts, product descriptions and website content
Track competitor activities, category trends, social media content and market dynamics
Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports and presentations
Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, e-commerce and digital agency teams
Support BTL activities, events, sampling projects and retail marketing materials
