Job Summary
Are you excited to be a part of the development of a medical device?
In Kivi Technologies, we are developing next generation 3D scanning systems for dentistry. As a
startup located at ITU Ari Teknokent, we are seeking passionate engineers and students with
adequate skills to work with us.

In this role, you will take part in the designing and developing core features and functionalities for
our next generation optical 3D scanners. You will be working on development of high-
performance, real-time applications.

We expect you to have experience with Computer Vision and Image Processing in particular 3D
vision topics. You will be working on a stereo camera setup and developing relevant algorithms for
the following tasks: camera calibration, triangulation, 2D/3D filtering, Visual SLAM, 3D
Reconstruction, 3D mesh manipulation and computational geometry.

Required Qualifications
• BSc, MSc or PhD degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Computer
Science, Electronics, Robotics, Physics or Applied Mathematics,
• Excellence and proficiency in software development with C++,
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge in Computer Vision and Image Processing,
• Knowledge in Visual SLAM,
• Experience in reading and implementing published research,
• Experience with Git,
• Self driven and able to execute with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in programming with CUDA or similar platforms like OpenCL
• Knowledge in meshing, 3D surface reconstruction or related areas,
• 3D graphics programming experience (e.g. OpenGL),
• Mindset for creativity, emerging technologies and for seeing priorities from a user perspective.
