Job Description

Role: Fullstack Technical Intern (Backend, Frontend, Data Science & AI) Position type: Part time / Full time Location: Remote

Requirements
Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related engineering program (or pursuing a master's degree)
Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week
Interest and/or experience in one or more of: Backend development, Frontend development, Data Science, or AI/Machine Learning
Comfortable with at least one relevant language/framework for your track (e.g. Python, .NET Core, JavaScript/React, SQL — depending on area)
Experience with personal, academic, or open-source projects is preferred
Passionate about making an impact
Curious and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining efficient, reusable, reliable, and human-centered behavioral change software platform
Contributing to the development of AI-powered features and platform architecture
Supporting sprint deliverables within an agile, 2-week sprint cycle

Company Description

Senswise is a YTU Teknopark company based in Istanbul, Turkey, that focuses on creating human-centered experiences through AI-powered Behavioral Change Technology, Senswise. The company aims to enhance employee and customer satisfaction, productivity, and retention by applying people and organization science, labor law, and machine learning.

Team Description

Our team works with agile principles. 2-week sprints are planned as a team. We have a team that has received training in Turkey and/or different parts of the world, graduated from the best schools or found a way to improve themselves, with expertise ranging from undergraduate to doctorate and a multidisciplinary team from psychology to computer engineering, with a can-do attitude.
