Forward Deployed Engineer

We're hiring for one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the enterprise Voice AI space across the EMEA region.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers in the field, understand operational pain points first-hand, and turn complex business needs into real deployed solutions.

This is not a back-office engineering role. You'll be at the front line meeting clients, shaping implementations, solving problems quickly, and helping define how the product evolves.

This role is for people who like challenge, real ownership, and intensity.

What You'll Actually Do

*Work on-site with customers across Istanbul, meeting teams where they operate—not on a call.
*Lead deployments and integrations from the first conversation to go-live.
*Translate business and technical needs into product decisions.
*Act as the bridge between clients and the core engineering team.
*Own pilots, rollouts, and integrations end-to-end.
*Help define how scales across different markets and industries.
