Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and AI-driven Customer Intelligence & AI Optimization Specialist to build and continuously improve our customer intelligence capabilities.
You will be responsible for collecting, integrating, and analyzing customer data across all digital touchpoints to generate actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
You will leverage AI extensively to automate analysis, identify customer segments, predict customer behavior, optimize marketing campaigns, and ensure that company resources are focused on the highest-value customer opportunities.
This role combines customer analytics, marketing technology (MarTech), AI, and business strategy to create a continuously learning marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Intelligence
• Build a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior across all digital channels.
• Collect, organize, and maintain customer data from multiple online and offline sources.
• Develop customer profiles, personas, behavioral segments, and audience groups.
• Identify high-value customer segments based on purchasing behavior, interests, demographics, and engagement.
• Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Data & Analytics
• Manage and optimize data collection through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, advertising platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
• Ensure accurate event tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and reporting.
• Build dashboards and performance reports that provide actionable business insights.
• Monitor key KPIs including:
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Conversion Rate
• Retention Rate
• Churn Rate
• Repeat Purchase Rate

AI Optimization
• Use AI tools extensively to automate data analysis and reporting.
• Apply AI to discover customer patterns and emerging market opportunities.
• Use AI to improve audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Continuously optimize marketing investments using AI-driven insights.
• Evaluate and implement new AI tools that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual analysis and accelerate decision-making.

Marketing Optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance.
• Recommend audience targeting strategies for paid advertising.
• Optimize budget allocation based on customer value and expected ROI.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation across marketing channels.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

MarTech & Customer Data
• Help manage and improve the company’s marketing technology ecosystem.
• Ensure proper integration between advertising platforms, CRM, analytics tools, CDPs, and other customer data sources.
• Maintain high standards for data quality, consistency, and governance.
• Identify opportunities for automation across the customer data lifecycle.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Marketplace Operations, and Leadership.
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Present insights in a way that supports strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Internship, academic, freelance, or personal project experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, customer analytics, or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar digital marketing platforms.
• Exposure to CRM systems or customer data platforms through coursework, internships, or self-learning.
• Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) to analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, generate insights, and improve productivity.
• Strong curiosity about customer behavior, digital marketing, data analysis, and emerging AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of Excel or Google Sheets, with an interest in learning SQL, Python, and modern analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
• A genuine passion for leveraging AI to solve business problems, automate workflows, and continuously improve marketing performance.
