We are looking for a Modern Channel Sales Management Trainee to join our Sales & Retail Department.

This role offers a great opportunity for early-career talents to gain hands-on experience in modern trade sales management and drive business growth by working closely with key accounts and cross-functional teams.

Job Description;

Support Sales Manager and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily sales operations and customer management activities
Support daily reporting activities
Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales performance analyses
Track SKU distribution, sell-out performance, and customer-level results
Monitor in-store execution including visibility, merchandising, and product placement
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to generate insights
Support planning and follow-up of commercial and promotional activities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on ongoing projects
Assist in project execution and prepare summaries, findings, and recommendations
Contribute to process improvements within sales operations


Qualifications;

Proficient in using MS Office Excel programme (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis),
Strong communication skills,
Able to move fast, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests,
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and coordinating updates,
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to build strong working routines,
Strong interest in working with numbers and data,
Preferably a final-year student or recent graduate,
Good command of English (written and spoken),
Available to participate at 5 days a week.
