About Vivideo:

- Vivideo is an AI Video Generation product: type a prompt and our agentic video orchestration engine creates the video for you. In Vivideo, every line of code, every pixel, every keyword on Google has an owner — and that owner is one of us.


The role - Founding Engineer:

- You'll be the first employee at Vivideo. The job is engineering-heavy, but owner-mindset is non-negotiable. In a single week you might fix a bug in our AI Agents, ship a mobile screen, write SEO copy for a landing page, redo App Store screenshots, and spin up an A/B tests on our products.

- If you only want to write code, this role is not for you.

- If you want to learn how to build, ship, sell, and grow a real product end-to-end — and you want to do it next to the founder, with a real shot at upside — keep reading.


What you'll actually work on:

- AI Agent Orchestration. Sophisticated AI Video Generation pipeline.
- Backend. APIs, billing, file pipelines, push notifications, transactional emails.
- Landing pages. SEO-driven landing pages.
- Webapp. Our user-facing web product.
- Mobile. Our iOS + Android app — features, releases, store submissions.
- Browser extension.
- Growth. SEO, ASO on both stores, A/B tests, analytics, growth experiments end-to-end.

You won't touch all of this in week one. You will touch most of it within a few months.


General Qualifications (Must-haves):

- Master-level Cursor user. You live in Cursor (or an equivalent AI-first IDE). You think in prompts, you read diffs faster than you write code by hand, and you know exactly when to trust the agent and when to take the keyboard back. If you've never used Cursor seriously, this role isn't for you yet.

- Familarity with AWS.

- AI-native by default. LLMs are not a novelty for you — they're the first tool you reach for when you face an unfamiliar problem, whether it's a build error, a SQL query, an SEO meta tag, or an Image Graphic.

- You have shipped a real, public product. A side project, an app on the store, a website real strangers use. Send us the link. We don't care if it made $0 or $10k — we care that you went from idea to live, alone.

- Full-stack curiosity, zero "not my job" reflex. You'll happily debug a mobile build error, write SEO copy, and tweak a backend function — and you find that fun, not painful.

- Based in Istanbul and able to work hybrid.


Nice-to-haves (Bonus):

- Prior hands-on SEO or ASO work — even on your own project.

- Prior startup experience (intern, founder, early hire).


Logistics:

Title: Founding Engineer
Location: Istanbul, hybrid
Compensation: $3,000/month + profit share and/or equity based on performance
Start date: ASAP


Hiring process:

1) Short intro call with the founder (~15 min).
2) Paid case — Focused cases covering relevant tasks and simulating exactly the breadth of the role.
3) Final call to walk through your cases and talk through the offer.
