Hiroo is an innovative HR Tech startup building a next-generation platform for companies to source, track, assess, and hire top talent. Our product combines an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), a Talent CRM, and an advanced Assessment Module, all designed to help teams hire smarter and faster.
We're looking for a sharp, multi-tasking CEO Office Intern to work directly with one of our co-founders. This isn't a one-function role. One day you'll be researching a competitor, the next you'll be drafting content, testing a feature, or helping prepare for an important meeting. You'll be the person who makes things happen behind the scenes, and sometimes right in the middle of them.
What You'll Do
- Support one of our co-founders with day-to-day tasks: scheduling, follow-ups, prep work
- Work across product, design, content, research, and operations
- Craft decks, visuals, and written materials
- Test features and share sharp, honest feedback
- Research competitors, markets, and trends
- Curious about AI tools and how to use them to get things done faster

Who You Are
- 4th year student or fresh graduate in an Engineering department
- Remote-first mindset: you work independently, manage your own time, and deliver without being chased
- Responsive and reachable, async work is your default, but you're available when it matters
- You move fast and you ship things
- You own every task that lands on your plate, no matter what it is
- You thrive in ambiguity instead of freezing in it
- Strong communication skills are a must, we value how you express yourself as much as how you think
- Whether it's Claude AI, ChatGPT, YouTube, Reddit, or a cold call, you'll find the answer
- Startup DNA: curious, independent, responsible, resourceful
- Comfortable supporting a co-founder directly: scheduling, prep, follow-ups. You see that as learning, not busywork.
- Open to learning and growing, especially around AI tools and new ways of working
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- You're here to build real things, not to fill a line on a resume
