We’re now looking for a passionate Growth Intern to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

In this role, we deeply care about your passion for mobile gaming and user acquisition. We highly encourage you to get familiar with both of our games before you apply and complete your application only if you're genuinely excited to play them extensively, understand their player behavior, and explore how performance data can guide smarter UA decisions.


Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of paid UA campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
- Track core performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) and assist in preparing weekly reports
- Help analyze campaign data to understand performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with the UA and product teams to ensure creative tests and campaigns align with game updates
- Assist with day-to-day coordination with ad network partners and maintain basic documentation
- Stay curious about UA trends, platform best practices, and new growth opportunities

Requirements
- Recent graduate or expected to graduate by January 2026
- Passionate FPS gamer
- Interest in data analysis, forecasting, and campaign optimization
- Understanding of key UA and monetization metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention curves)
- Ability to build and interpret forecasting models and cohort analyses
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, analytics, and creative teams
