İş Tanımı ve Genel Nitelikler /Job Description and General Qualifications: As a Jr. Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals for Saylon's products and services. You will work closely with the senior sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

*Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
*Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
*Present Saylon's products and services to potential customers and provide product demonstrations.
*Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers.
*Close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.
*Collaborate with the senior sales team to share best practices and improve sales processes.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information in our CRM system.


Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
*1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Self-motivated and results-oriented.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
*Good command of English
